Simply Burbidge

British Quality, Accessible Pricing
Simply Burbidge provides access to British-made timber kitchens at a more accessible price point, maintaining the same Coventry craftsmanship and manufacturing standards as Burbidge's luxury ranges. These four classic designs originate from Burbidge and Son's 150-year woodworking heritage, crafted in their Coventry workshops by the same craftsmen who produce their luxury ranges. You receive the same cabinet quality and manufacturing standards, just with a simpler selection of colour and finish options, in ranges such as Barnes, Chartwell, Fenton and Finsbury.

Four Classic Timber Designs
The Simply Burbidge range features four distinct door styles. Barnes offers a clean, minimalist shaker appearance. Finsbury incorporates traditional beaded detailing into the shaker frame. Fenton stays true to the original shaker principles of simplicity and practicality. Chartwell presents another classic shaker option with subtle style variations. Key delivers a traditional shaker design with clean proportions and timeless appeal. Each style suits both contemporary and traditional homes, and all five are manufactured to the same specifications as Burbidge's more premium collections.
These aren't budget copies or compromised versions. The timber quality, joint construction, and finish standards match the rest of the Burbidge range. The difference lies in how the range is organised for efficiency rather than in what goes into making each door.

Stock Colours & Paint Options
Simply Burbidge kitchens are available in seven carefully selected stock colours. Baltic Green, Reed Green and Prussian Blue provide contemporary tones suitable for both modern and traditional settings. Soft Grey and Putty present two different shades of contemporary grey. Bone and Charcoal offer choice at either end of the spectrum, from bright and open to dark and impactful.
If these don't quite match your vision, you can select any colour from Burbidge's extensive painted palette of over 20 shades. This keeps you within the affordable Burbidge kitchens range while providing more design options. For complete colour freedom, the Bespoke Painted service can match any manufacturer's paint swatch, though this option falls into a higher price bracket.
Our showroom displays several Simply Burbidge examples, so you can see how these colours perform under different lighting conditions.

How Our Customers Use Simply Burbidge
Our clients choose Simply Burbidge for utility rooms, boot rooms, and full kitchens. The timber construction proves durable, and the painted finishes hold up well to busy family life.
These kitchens sit comfortably in both period properties and modern builds. The shaker style complements Victorian terraces, 1930s semis, and contemporary extensions.

Manufacturing Standards
Burbidge holds the Manufacturing Guild Mark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers. This mark recognises exceptional craftsmanship in British furniture making and applies across their entire range, including Simply Burbidge.
When we specify Simply Burbidge for a project, you're choosing cabinets crafted by skilled craftsmen who understand timber and take pride in their work. The range exists to make quality British manufacturing accessible, not to cut corners.
