Kitchen Ranges
We work with two manufacturers whose approach to kitchen furniture aligns with our own standards. Nolte offers German precision engineering and modern design. Burbidge delivers British craftsmanship and traditional timber construction. Both produce kitchens built to last decades rather than years.
German and British Manufacturing
Nolte Kuchen has been manufacturing kitchens in Germany since 1958, producing over 900 kitchens daily at their factories in Löhne and Melle. Their engineering emphasises practical details that matter in daily use. Dust seals, soft-close mechanisms, and adjustable systems come as standard across all their ranges, not as premium extras.
Burbidge operates from their Coventry workshop, where the fifth generation of the family continues the standards established in 1867. They hold the Manufacturing Guild Mark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers, which recognises quality in British furniture-making. Each kitchen is crafted rather than assembled, with doors cured for several days before multiple rounds of sanding and painting.
Range Options
Nolte offers 29 product ranges with 191 front options, from contemporary handleless systems to traditional designs. Nolte Neo features their luxury collection, with premium materials and finishes positioned at the top of their range.
Kitchen Makers by Burbidge offers handcrafted in-frame timber kitchens in three designs: Alderley, Haddon, and Somerton. Three lay-on shaker styles complement the in-frame range. Simply Burbidge makes British manufacturing more accessible through four classic timber designs at a more affordable price point.
Our showroom at Faraday Mill showcases working examples from each range. You can test mechanisms, compare materials, and understand how different construction methods perform before making decisions.
