Customer Service Recognition

In 2025, we received nationally recognised Customer Service Awards from both the KBSA and BKU Magazine. These awards are based purely on customer feedback rather than industry judging panels. They reflect the experiences of clients who have worked with us throughout their kitchen projects.

The KBSA Customer Service Award is among the most coveted in the industry. It recognises businesses that show exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction through resourcefulness, flexibility, and genuine care throughout the entire project journey.

Häfele Awards

In 2019, we received the Häfele Best Showroom Experience Award after a thorough mystery shopping exercise. We were the only UK showroom visited that offered genuine cost guidance during an initial appointment, along with detailed product knowledge and transparent project information.

This recognition matters because it validates our belief that clients deserve honest conversations about costs from the very first meeting. Too many showrooms avoid these discussions, leaving people uncertain about whether a project fits their budget. We have always taken the opposite approach.

This followed our 2018 Häfele Studio Partner Award, which recognised our commitment to quality, service, and innovation within their network of independent kitchen specialists.

We maintain active membership with the KBSA, the only national trade body for the kitchen and bathroom industry. As KBSA Trustmark members, we meet verified standards for quality and customer protection.

In 2024 alone, we received nominations for seven national awards across various categories. While we do not enter every competition, these nominations stem from industry recognition of our work and the recommendations of our clients and suppliers.

We consider awards as validation of our approach rather than an end goal. Our main measure of success continues to be client satisfaction and the quality of the kitchens we develop.
